How To Blur An Image

Use Photoshop to blur images.

If you don’t have, download here.

Click File, Open.

Open the file that you want to blur.

Click Rectangular Marquee Tool

Click and drag to any image that you want to blur

Click Filter, Blur, Gaussian Blur

Click OK, then click File, Save
